If you want to extract an Excel list of your orders from the CRM, you can do this from the order list screen. The list will be exported as an Excel file.

Click [Orders] in the menu to access the order list.

Export customer list without filter

To export the list without a filter, tap the three dots next to + New order, then Export order list.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: When you press Export order list, the CRM will export the order list as it is. This means that all rows and any filters that are on will affect the export.

Export parts of the order list

To export only parts of the order list, you can check the checkboxes for the orders you want to export.

When you have ticked all the orders you want to export, press the button with the three dots, then Export selected orders.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: When you press Export selected orders, the CRM will export the order list as it is. This means that all rows and any filters that are on will affect the export.

Customize the order list before export

Before performing an export, the list can be customized so that you get the information you want to be part of the export.

Select rows

The rows that are checked will be the rows that will be exported. To change which rows are checked, click on the Gear wheel, then Rows.

If the list looks like this, the rows About customer, Org. no., Reference, Status and Price will be exported. The rows Sales ref, Quantity, Updated and Created will not be exported.

Filter

If you want to export a specific part of the order list, this can be done using a filter.

If you only want to export a list of orders that have the status Completed, you can easily do this. Click Filter, then click Select under Order status. A drop-down menu with options will then appear, check Done and press Apply.

Your order list will then be filtered only with orders that have order status Completed. The list is ready to be exported. Press the three dots next to + New order, then Export order list.
