A guide to the order list function

The order list is an overview of all the orders created in your system. To find the order list, click [Orders] in the left-hand menu.

You can find all the different filtering and customization options by clicking on the gear wheel. By tapping the three dots next to + New order, you can delete selected orders.

Filters

If you need to filter out an exact part of the current list, you can use filters. Here you can choose between different predetermined filters.

Set a filter and press Apply.

Rows

In Rows, you decide which rows you want to be visible in the order list. Check the boxes for the rows you want to be visible in your order list. There is no maximum limit to the number of rows you can have visible.

If you want an extra row that is not part of the predetermined rows, you can create a custom field. For example, if you want a visible row with a contact person on the order, you can create a custom field under Orders in [Settings]. Then go back to the order list, check the new Contact person field, which will then be at the bottom of the rows.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: All custom fields that are created will automatically be added to rows.

Sorting

Under sorting, you can choose how you want to sort the list. In the order list, you have several options for sorting. You can also choose whether the order should be descending or ascending.

Exporting

You can export the order list without a filter or export parts of the order list if you wish. You choose which rows to include in the export and how much data you export.

Delete selected orders

If you want to delete one or more orders at the same time, this can easily be done from the order list. To do this, you must first check the boxes for the orders you want to delete.

Press the three dots next to + New order, then Delete selected orders.

Press Delete to permanently delete the orders.
