Here you can make changes to how the product is displayed in the contract, payment settings, currency and SKU visibility.
To find the sales settings, tap [Settings] on the main side menu, then Settings, which you find under Sales.
π‘ Tip: When you make changes to the settings, they are automatically saved when you exit the page.
Contract
When you create a sale, you need to select a contract for each sale.
If you want to set a default contract, which is automatically selected when creating a sale, you can do so under Default contract.
Click Select a contract to bring up a drop-down menu with your created contracts, then click the contract you want to have as default.
You can also change how elements of the contract are displayed to your customer. You can choose the location of the product summary. You can choose whether it appears at the top, bottom or not at all.
You can also choose if you want to show the total price in the summary.
π‘ Tip: These settings will apply to all contracts that are sent out.
Payment settings
The payment settings determine which payment options your customers have.
You can set up a default payment frequency for your contracts. To change this, click the box under Default payment frequency. A drop-down menu with options will appear, click on the frequency you want.
π‘ Tip: This applies to all contracts that are created, but you can easily change it when you create a new sale. This option will only apply when selecting a recurring product.
You can set up which currencies should be available to choose from when an offer is created. You can allow different types of currencies. To add a new currency, press + New currency under Available Currencies to choose at checkout. A drop-down menu will then appear with different currencies, you also have the option to search for a currency. Tap on the one you want to add.
π‘ Tip: The currencies that you select here will be the currencies that you can assign to the products you create.
You can also select a default currency for your organization. The currency is automatically set to GBP. To change it, click GBP under Default currency during checkout. A drop-down menu will appear with two options, click on the one you want to use as default.
π‘ Tip: It is only possible to choose between GBP, NOK and SEK as default currency. When you change the default currency for checkout, you also change the default currency for the system.
Product
You can choose to make SKU visible in the product summary on the sales card and in an export of the sales summary.
SKU can be used to, for example, identify your products with a unique code, but the SKU will never be visible to the customer.
