When a customer has signed a quote/contract they will automatically receive an email with a copy of their signed agreement. You can customize the text that is included in this email using the email confirmation template.
To get to the confirmation template, click [Settings], then Confirmation template, which you see under Sales.
Headings
Choose between three different header sizes in the confirmation template. Tap the button for the specific header you want to use. Below is an example of the different sizes.
Font format
Choose between several different font formats for the text in the signature request.
To change the font format, click on the four boxes marked above. See an example below of what the different buttons mean and how it will look in the confirmation template.
Link
Here you can, for example, include a link to your website. Click the button and enter the link you want to attach to the confirmation template.
Custom fields
There are two custom fields that you can use in the signature request. When you press + you can add the name of the person. Name of person means the name of the contact person in the company who has signed the sent contract.
There is also a custom field called #{{reference}}, this field will retrieve information about the reference number of the sale. If you delete this field, it is not possible to get it back.
Back and forth arrows
The two arrows allow you to undo and redo. You can also use the shortcuts Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Y to redo.
