Dynamic fields are fields that will be automatically filled in based on the customer information you have registered, such as the company name on the customer card.
If you want a dynamic field that is not one of the predetermined fields in the system, you can create your own field using custom fields.
You can create a dynamic field in [Settings] under Sales and Custom fields.
Tap + New custom field, fill in the information and tap Save.
A pop-up will then appear where you enter the name of the custom field and select the type of field. If you wish, you can also enter a short description of the field.
If you want this field to be required, tick the Is this field required?
If a field is required, it means that the field must be filled in to create the sale.

Where will you find the custom fields?
Custom fields that you create on sales can be used in the contract as dynamic fields, the fields will be visible when checking out a sale and on the sales card.
