Customize the sales list before export
Before performing an export, the list can be customized to what you want to be part of the export.
Select rows
The rows that are checked will be the rows that are exported. To change which rows are checked, press the Gear wheel, then Rows.
If the list looks like this, the rows About customer, Reference, Status, Contract and Subtotal will be exported. The rows Organization number, Address, Postcode, City, County and Country will not be exported.
Filter
If you want to export a specific part of the sales list, this can be done using a filter.
If you only want to export a list of sales that are marked as won, you can easily do this. Click Filter, then click Select under Sales status. A drop-down menu with options will appear, check the box for Won and press Apply.
Your sales list will then be filtered with only customers with sales status Won. The list is then ready to be exported. You can now press the three dots next to + New sale, then Export sales list.
