If you want to extract a list of your customers from the CRM, you can do this from the customer list. The list will then be exported as an Excel file.
Click [Customers] in the menu to get to the customer list.
Export the customer list without filter
To export the list without a filter, tap the three dots next to [+ New customer], then Export customer list.
💡 Tip: When you press Export customer list, AIFlow will export the customer list as it is. This means that all rows and any filters that are on will affect the export.
Export section of the customer list
To export only parts of the customer list, you can check the checkboxes for the customers you want to export. When you have ticked all the customers you want to export, press the button with the three dots, then Export selected customers.

Customize the customer list before export
Before performing an export, the list can be customized so that you can choose the exact information you want to be part of the export.
Select rows
The rows that are checked will be the rows that are exported. To change which fields are checked, click the Gear wheel, then fields.
Filter | advanced filter
If you only want to export a specific part of the customer list, this can be done using a filter or advanced filter.
For example, if you have added the newsletter category to all customers who want to receive newsletters and want to export the list. To do this, you must first add the newsletter category to the customer list. You do this by clicking the Gear, then Filter. Check Newsletter under Categories.
Your customer list will then be filtered and show only customers who have this category. The list is then ready to be exported. You can now press the three dots next to +New customer, then Export customer list.
