The task overview shows all the tasks created in your system. To find the task list, click [Tasks] in the menu to the left.

Filter

Tap the cogwheel to find the filtering options. If you want to filter out specific information from the tasks, you can use filters. Here you can choose between different predetermined filters.

Fields

You can customize the different fields on tasks as you wish. To select which fields you want, click on the three dots next to New task. Then tap Fields.

When you tap on fields, a drop-down menu will appear. The fields that are visible on the tasks will have a V next to them. If you want to add or remove any of the fields from the overview, tap on the relevant field.

There are seven predetermined fields: status, time reported, customer, sales, order, assigned user and deadline. If you want more fields in your task overview, you can create a custom field. That field will then merge with the other fields.

If you want more fields in your task overview, you can create a custom field in Tasks, under [Settings]. This field will then be added together with the other fields.

If you create a custom field, Comments, and choose this to be a text field, you will be able to comment directly on the task. When you make this field visible, you will see that it appears under the user assigned to the task.

Sectioning

You can also decide which sections you want on the task overview. To select sectioning, click on the three dots next to New task. Then tap Sectioning.

When you tap on Sectioning, a drop-down menu will appear. The sectioning selected in the task overview will have a V next to it. If you want to add or remove any of the fields from the overview, tap on the relevant field.

There are six predetermined choices for sectioning: status, customer, order, sales, assigned user and deadline. Within deadline, you also have more options. Tap Deadline to select which deadline you want to section by.

Tap the sectioning you want. If you section by status, your task overview will look like this:

The status of the tasks will be the heading.

If you section by deadline - week, the weekly interval will be the heading.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: The settings you set for the task overview will apply to all users. This means that if you, for example, remove a field from the overview, you will also remove this field from your colleagues' overview.

Delete selected tasks

You can mark tasks to delete them. To select one or more tasks, hold down Ctrl on your keyboard and press the task(s) you want to select.

To delete the tasks, press the three dots, next to + New task, then Delete selected tasks.
