A guide to contracts

To get to the contract overview, click [Settings] on the main menu and then Contracts, which you'll see under Sales in the left-hand menu. In the contract overview you will find all the contract templates for your organization. There is no limit to the number of contracts you can create.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: The setup in this article will only apply to new contracts. If you change a previously created contract, you will enter the contract template as it was before.

Create a new contract

To create a new contract from the contract overview, press + New contract.

You will then see a blank contract that you can fill in with the information that your organization wants in a contract or agreement.

Edit a contract

To edit a contract, click the three dots in the right-hand corner of the contract in question, then click Edit contract.

You will then be taken to the same page as when you first created a contact.

When you have made the changes you want, click Save contract.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: There is no autosave on the contract template. Remember to save before exiting the page so you don't lose any changes.

Delete a contract

To delete a contract, click the three dots in the right-hand corner of the contract in question, then click Delete contract.
