If you don't need all the features in your system you can customize the CRM to suit your specific needs. You do this by turning off modules and functions that you don't want to use. This can improve ease of use and employee adoption.

If you want to start using a function that you have previously turned off, you can turn it back on at any time.

Customize the system

To change system accesses, tap [Settings], then Roles.

When you are on the role overview page,

  1. Select the role for which you want to change the system access.

  2. Uncheck the functions or modules that you do not want the current role to have access to.

  3. Tap Save.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: It is the roles in the system that determine system access. Each role must be set up individually with the different accesses.
