The dashboard is the real-time pulse of your company. Here you can get reports and overviews of everything that happens in the company. There are several different modules you can add to your dashboard.
When you first access the CRM you will see that some modules are already available on your dashboard. This is an example of what the dashboard can look like. You can customize to your own specific needs.
When you first access the dashboard you will also find the Learn how to use the CRM module. This is a step-by-step guide to help you get to know the system. Once completed, you can press Done, which you can see in the top right corner of the module. This module will then be removed.
Create a dashboard
To create a new dashboard, tap the Gear, then New dashboard.
Create a name for the dashboard and tap Create.
Add a module
Add a new module from a new dashboard
When you have created a new dashboard, you will see a blank page.
Tap + Add module and all available modules will appear on the right side of the screen. Tap the + sign on the modules you want to add to your dashboard. Read more about the different dashboard modules here.
💡 Tip: When you add a module to a new dashboard, you can only add one module from the menu that appears. To add more modules, follow the guide below.
Add new module from an existing dashboard
To add a new module from an existing dashboard, tap the Gear, then tap Change dashboard and then tap + Add module, which you can see next to the gear. All modules will then appear in a side menu, just like when you first create a dashboard. Press the + sign on the modules that you want to have on your dashboard.
To save your changes, tap the Gear wheel, then Save changes.
Change a dashboard
Tap the Gear in the top right corner, then tap Change dashboard. You can then add or delete modules. To add, follow the instructions above. If you want to delete a module from a dashboard, tap the trash can next to the module in question. When you are done with the changes you want to make, tap the Gear, then Exit change to save.
Delete a dashboard
To delete a dashboard, tap the Gear at the top right-hand side. Then tap Delete dashboard. A pop-up window will appear where you must confirm that you want to delete the dashboard. Tap Delete.
Rename the dashboard
To change the name, tap the Gear wheel, then Change name. Enter the name you want and tap Save to save the name change.
