A guide to customizing your dashboard

There are 10 different modules you can choose from in the Dashboard. You can set up the dashboard as you wish with the modules that you want to have visible.

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to the CRM, so it can be an advantage to add the information s that you need to see everyday. For example, this could be the Upcoming events module, so you can easily get an overview of the day ahead of you.

Sales process

If you have a module that you think is particularly important, you can set up a separate dashboard just for that module. In this example, we've used the Sales Process module as a starting point.

Real-time activity

Want a quick overview of the latest events and updates in the system? Set Real-time activity as a separate dashboard. This gives you a simple overview of what has been done in the system by all users. This is a particularly good way to get an overview if you use AIFlow on your phone.
