Notifications give you an overview of expiring contracts, events and when you are assigned a task. You can choose whether you want to receive notifications by email, in the system or both.

1. To change your notification settings, tap Your initials, then My profile in the pop-up window and select Notifications in the menu.

2. You will then see an overview where you can tick where you want to be notified. If the bell is ticked, you will be notified in the system, and if the letter is ticked, you will be notified by email.

3. Tap Save, which you can see in the bottom right corner, to save any changes you make to this overview.

Choose when you want to be notified

In Event reminders, Expiring contract reminders and Expiring task assigned to you, you can choose how long before you want to be notified.

For example, if you want to change the Event reminder, press the button labelled 15 min. You will then see a drop-down menu where you can choose between different options.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Expiring contract reminders have different and more diverse options on when you can receive a notification than the other two options.

For example, you can choose to be notified six months before a contract expires.

New notifications

If there is a number next to [Notifications], it means that you have unseen notifications.

Overview of notifications

To get a full overview of your notifications, tap [Notifications] in the left-hand menu.

This is what the notification overview looks like. The example shows new (unseen) notifications. You can press it in on each individual notification to go directly to the event.

To mark a notification as seen, tap the round dot next to the notification in question or Mark all as seen. If you want to see previous notifications, tap History.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: You can change what you want to receive notifications about or where you receive the notifications at any time.
