By enabling email synchronization, email communication between you and your contacts will be stored on the customer card.
Where do I activate my email?
Tap on [My profile] in the bottom left of the screen, in the pop-up menu, tap integrations.
Synchronization with Gmail, IMAP and Office 365.
Check the box for the provider you currently use.
Activate email for Office365
Turn on Synchronize Office365 emails.
Enter the email address to be synchronized and press Next.
Enter the password you use to log in to the email and press Sign in.
You will be asked if you want to stay logged in. Tap Yes.
The system may take up to 2 minutes to activate the app.
When you are notified that the app was activated, you can check the box. The button will then show blue to indicate that the email is enabled for synchronization.
Enable email for IMAP
If you do not use Office365, you can enable email synchronization using IMAP. Here you need to know which server and port your domain provider uses for incoming emails. If you are unsure which setup your provider uses, please contact your domain provider. If you are unsure who your domain provider is, you can search on Norid's website or contact support and we will help you.
Fill in the information and press Save.
Your name
Email address > The email address to be activated
Password > The password for the email address
Secure connection (SSL) > As a rule, this should always be turned on
Server > Incoming server
Port > The port number for incoming emails
Click Save and wait for the app to be activated.
When the app is activated, the button will be turned on.
Activate email for Gmail
Turn on Sync Gmail emails.
Then select the Google account to be activated. If the account is not here, select Use another account. Then enter the email and password for the account to be activated.
You will see this screen after you have selected the account.
The app is still being approved, and you will therefore receive this notification from Google.
Tap Advanced to continue, and then tap Go to aiflow.no (unsafe).
You will now be given the option to give AIFlow access to retrieve emails sent to and from contacts that you have added to your customer cards. Check the box to allow the system to read, write, send and permanently delete emails from your Gmail account.
Then tap Continue.
๐ก Tip: AIFlow cannot write, send or delete emails from your Gmail account. AIFlow will only read and retrieve the emails that match the emails of the contacts you have added to your customer cards.
