People in your system are the contacts linked to the customers you create. You can see the associated contact persons on each customer card. In the person list, you can also see an overview of all the individual people registered in your system.
You can create an unlimited number of people to which you can add name, email, phone number and define the person's role. Contact persons can provide a simple overview of who you were last in contact with and who should be followed up.
Create a new person
You add new contacts via the People tab on the customer card. Tap People, and then + New person. You can also add new contacts via the menu on the left. Tap the + sign under Favorite people. Enter the name, email address, phone number and the person's role in the company. When the required information is filled in, tap Save.
๐ก Tip: You can choose if you want to fill in all fields. None of the fields are required.
Favorite people > Marked as favorite
You will see people who are marked as favorites in the menu on the left side of the customer card. New people are automatically marked as favorites. People who are not marked as favorites will only appear under the People tab.
Edit a person in the system
If you want to edit a contact, you can do this by clicking the pencil on the right side of the information box. This applies both if you want to edit favorite people or people.
Tap Save to save your changes.
